When is the next Apple Desktop computer being released?
I'm allowed to get one at the end of school next year and was wondering if there will be a newer release by then, or if I'll just have to get the iMac that's out now?

The iMacs were just recently upgraded. They have better processors, the price went down, they have HD screens etc. Odds are their won't be many changes soon. There are rumors of a 22" iMac with a touchscreen though. Check www.macrumors.com.
