What is maccam?

Apple is pretty good about fixing problems their customers gripe about - unless it's just stupid like the guy who sued them because his Nano got scratched but he refused to get it a case.
UPS literally LOST one of my orders from Apple. Then their customer support was like, "sucks to be you." So I called Apple, and they were like, "No, problem, will ship you another one - FedEX overnight." UPS - BITE ME!
