My Macbook Returned From Applecare Scratched. Will Apple Replace it?

I had to send my Black Macbook to applecare for a hard drive problem. Upon its return, there was a small scratch on the screen that wasn't there when I sent it out. The computer was very recently purchased and I have the extended warranty anyway. I know that it happened through them but I don't think I could prove it. If I bring it to their attention to you think I could have it replaced. It bug the hell out of me. I took/ take excellent care of it and it kinda sucks that they scratched it. I looked on their website but didn't see anything addressing my problem. any input is welcome. Thank you.
I called Apple and after 2 hours and like 5 dif. people they admited that no scratches were noted when it arrived in the first place. They took full responsibility and our repairing it free of charge. They take forever to get anything done but at least they're doing it.

yeah - i'd say call them 'almost' immediately and report what happened.

i would do first is find someone with that exact computer and take pictures of it. Then when talking to Apple I would say that "I took pictures of it before I sent it out for this very reason," and "the pictures show no scratch, and now the screen is scratched."

sometimes you have to fight dishonesty with dishonesty when dealing with the man....
