how can i get music (iTunes) to play through my M Audio Delta 1010LT?

i've installed the card, and connected analogue outputs 1 and 2 to my speakers, and set the delta 10101LT as my default for audio playback, but i still don't hear anything. am i doing something wrong? if so, how can i fix this? or is the card ONLY for music creation. i just want to set it to do all audio tasks for convenience, rather than keep switching between sound cards.

I'm not sure about sound cards failing when using iTunes. Check with the sound card manufacturer and see if you can get it replaced.
