Hi I just bought a new pc, and i was wondering if i'll be able to play Spore, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Sims 3 on it

No it will seriously struggle with those games especially because you have integrated Graphics not Dedicated and your processor is really quite old sorry i know the truth hurts!

Edit: Look If you want to play those games and have no lag or anything you will have to upgrade your PC's CPU and Graphics Card I know the games pick the wright Graphic settins for your PC when you load the game but sometimes even when it does that it still dosent work believe me iv had experience, I seriously dout that that guy below says he has a lesser machine and can play those games with no lag, for example Sims 3 needs a Pentium 4 2.00GHz Processor or higher and you have a Celeron 2.2Ghz Processor which is just enough i would say to play it and your Graphics card will ceriously struggle, your Memory is Ok i supose a 3GB might be better or even 4 but 2 would play it fine i would say, your HDD is fine dosent matter with game performance and every thing else is fine.

so the only thing you need to change is the CPU (if you want but i would change the Graphics card first and see if it works), Graphics card (a Dedicated Nvidia Geforce 9500GT with 512MB Graphics Memory (Or Higher!) Would do you nicely but it really depends on how much you wanna spen they go from 50 all the way past 300 so its up to you really on that. ps. You may need to upgrade your Power supply if changing your CPU and Graphics card!

but over than that your set i would say, i know it sounds alot but after you upgrade you will be able to play not only the Sims 3 but other top games aswell in a year or so time and still be able to play them on all high Graphics with No lag!
Last thing the Games Minimum System Requires are I must stress the MINIMUM Requirments to play the game but if you want to actually PLAY the game i mean with no lag or Jumping or whatever then i would double the minmum Requirments of the game.
