What toy had a black, tacky rubbery body that could stick to the wall It had removable armour, 80's-90's era?

Armour consisted of at least a chest piece, body was black in color, very stretchable...note this toy was not a strech armstrong. If armour was removed the toy could actually stick to the wall if thrown.

They were called Tacky Stretchoids, came out in the 80's.
