I have my xbox 360 seperated from my wireless router 15 meters away down a back room. Now my connection seems to be pretty weak, it jumps around from a red connection to an orange connection, so I want to buy gold membership but i am worried this connection would not be strong enough to maintain small lag. See if you can place the antenna on the xbox wireless adapter in a line of sight (as much as possible) to your router that is connected to the internet. Is it possible to run a cat 5 cable between the xbox and the router? That always gives the best result.
