How to Install WIndows 7 without a dvd drive OR a USB boot option?

OK. I want to Install Windows 7 on my computer. I currently have Windows VIsta Ultimate x86. My computer is a server and does not have a dvd drive, only a cd. It also CANNOT boot from usb. I have a Windows 7 ISO file. So any ideas? I dont care about any stuff on my computer, no important files that are not backed up.

I believe you mainly need the disc bootable if installing to a blank drive and/or doing partitioning.

You should be able to create another partition, extract the iso to that with something like WinRAR, and just run setup.
