I'm considering purchasing a Apple Macbook 13" 2.1Ghz 1GB/120/Combo/APX/OSX.5 from a seller on Ebay but he has no information on the battery or how long it lasts. I do believe they all come with the same battery. However all Lithium Ion batteries have a limited operational life, Most start to lose their charge capacity after about 2 years, and my Dells battery will only hold a charge for about 20 minutes now, down from its original 8 hours. Also the warranty that comes with the laptop DOES NOT cover batteries after a year from the computers original purchase, so if the battery is bad then you would have to purchase a new one from the apple store.
