The organization I work with was a small company which had the strength of 18 people including management. Slowly we have grown up and today we have the strength of 175 people. So again I started my search on websites like- Google, Alta Vista etc. I tried the keyword like- computer support, computer help, online computer support, online computer help, computer repair, pc repair, online pc repair, online computer repair etc. Again I made a long list of different computer support service providers and discussed our requirements.

The best part is their phone support is a toll free number so we don’t need to bear the phone call cost. Their technicians were capable of taking remote sessions so that they can fix the software related issues. For hardware issues they will diagnose it and let us know if any hardware needs to be replaced. And the best part was their service charges are quite nominal in compare to other computer support service providers.

Our company is happy with the service and feels that we have taken a good decision to shake hands with iYogi Technical Services.

I am tired of the computer getting the best of me, I want to be computer literate and be able to program my computer and repair it when it goes down. A future business opportunity wouldn't bother me either! Any help as to where to start?

If you would like to program you might want to purchase a book about it. It can come in very handy. Most book stores carry them. One of the most useful things you can do to learn about the computer is to start using it more and taking risk. Experience is the best way to learn. Try listening to Tech podcast too. You can learn a lot of whats happening.
