Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes or until done. Cool. Brush with maple syrup; decorate with nuts, if desired. Enjoy!

8 cups dried bread cubes (10-13 slices of bread)
3 cups Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
3/4 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 cup chicken broth
6 tbsp margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups canned or cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash of salt
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell with high edges
