Personally I buy AppleCare for portable products (MacBook, MacBook Pro, and iPhone - not iPods) since those are carried around and have a bigger chance of being damaged. Since I don't take my iMac anywhere - it just sits on my desk - I didn't get AppleCare on it. In most cases any issues will show up in the first year, or not at all. If your hard drive or logic board (two things that have defects most often) are going to die, they usually do so in the first year, and you are covered for free for the first year. There are some nasty Trojans floating around on torrent sites right now packaged as Apple software that will in fact screw up your Mac. It's not a virus though: you have to download it yourself, choose to run it, put in your admin PW to allow it to install, THEN it jacks you up. Aside from the ethics, downloading software torrents for Macs is just about the only way to get malware - I wouldn't do it. Lastly, you can always pick up the extended AppleCare anytime within the first year. Amazon has them for a few bucks off the Apple Store (just be sure you get the right one! AppleCare for MacBook won't cover your iMac) so you can always do that later on. So there's my thoughts. I'd buy Final Cut and wait on AppleCare - if you get it at all. One last thing: DON'T get a RAM upgrade from Apple! I love Apple and all their awesome products, but you can get RAM for a lot less at OWC (http://macsales.com). It's all Apple-tuned RAM and if you tell the site what Mac you have they will tell you what will work with your model. Get your iMac with the stock Apple RAM and then max it out from OWC - you'll save a huge chunk of cash. And if you intend to do a lot of video editing/production, I'd strongly recommend you max out the RAM. Enjoy your new Mac - the current iMacs are SICK!! OK, the situation is I have a N95 and apart from sending it into Carphone warehouse for repairs adjectives the time, and it keeps on coming put money on as network problem and when we ring O2 they said that within is absoutely no issues in the nouns. I tell the Carphone Warehouse that nearby is no network issues and they will a moment ago not listen at all. They hold agreed after the fourth time back that it have been surrounded by for repair, that still no problems but they are reluctant to change the headset, but on friday when I asked them instead of getting the N95, could I chose a different handset, they said no cos the samething would arise to the other handset as it is immediately. I have told the carphone warehouse ably why is it, I have checked it surrounded by 4 different handset including another N95 and it be perfect, the examiner in the carphone warehouse said that it is a web problem. I said to him no it is not when I dial the phone number for O2 and got O2 to speak to the coordinator he refused!!
I got my bill from sprint and here was no index of my calls made or anything it a short time ago had my minutes used and how much my bill is when i have tmobile i got a schedule of every call made everytime i used 411 and adjectives that, are all sprint bills resembling this or do you have to ask to get hold of that included or not included with the bill?? ok so on my red razr phone i went to my certificate messaging (which i dont have) and then i go to message options contained by it and then i see it said priority normal or urgent! if i click on urgent will it cost to dispatch a text message on urgent instead of regular?!?!?! i dont it doesnt make much sense this is what i did.... i go to my text message next went to create message after i be in my message entry to text something i go to options later to message options and surrounded by there it have PRIORITY NORMAL OR URGENT if i click on urgent will it cost to have it as urgent?!?!?!? the defence im asking is because you can send file messages online for free at uscellular.com if you click on urgent!

i need a spanking new cell phone and i have at&t. I have the standard razor for years and be fine with it. I don't perceive like I involve a blackberry or a pda. Can anyone compare the motorola z9 slider to the v9 flip phone?? i heard teh v9 have a poor batterylife. anyone own these phones?
