How much snow in inches and what is the climate{Fdegrees} in Montreal Quebec in mid-February?

In the actual city its warmer and usually has less snow then the outskirts and the regions around montreal.
Im about 2 hours north from montreal and february can get very cold.January and february are the coldest months.

On really cold nights,with the wind factor ,the temperature can go down to -22 F but the average is about -4F and the snow ...hard to tell...can be only a few inches...up to a few feet.
