i really want to switch from windows to mac, and I want a notebook for school. The macbook is cheaper than the macbook pro or the macbook air, and it has the same features to serve my needs. Is anyone else just getting a macbook? Would it be too outdated?

ok if u just bought a laptop brand new then its not outdated. if u buy o old one then yes its outdated. always when u buy a new laptop at a store brand new its concerted up to date. my desktop is outdated because its 5 years old and it has xp i also have one thats 9 years old. it has windows 98 on it. i just got a laptop 3 weeks ago and thats updated.
