MacBook Pro not responding

Recently I bought a 2010 MacBook Pro 13" I put in DVD into the slot and it didn't play. I attempt ejecting it by almost eject button without any result. I blocked the lid and put it to sleep, when I open the lid the eject button didn't react either. I try restarting it and on restart I got blue screen and revolving ball. I stopped up the lid again and plugged it in at this time it is not responding at all even. Please help?
