How many computers can you upgrade with upgrade edition?

I was thinking of pre-ordering Windows 7 upgrade edition and was wondering how many of my computers can upgrade from XP or Vista using one upgrade disc.

i think its just one, but i was a beta tester for windows 7 and it is just like vista but its is as fast as xp
