What's the best cd/dvd burning software?

What really good cd/dvd burning software can I buy/get? It can't be TOO high end, because my pc isn't amazing (2.4 Mhz, 502 ram). Right now I'm using the free Nero that came with my dvd burner, but i've heard that there are better ones.
