its my birthday in a bit and my dads getting me a camera i want a good dslr withs lenses for both micro and macro any suggestions and also some accessories thnx

None of the big gun's make lenses with built in macro for their own cameras, and dedicated macro lenses are hideously expensive, so you'll need to get a macro diopter, which isn't the best solution but will do for now. Now since there is not price range specified I would expect that you're looking for an entry level camera. The cameras you should think about are Nikon D60/D3000, Canon 1000D/400D, Sony A230, A330, and Pentax K-x, now none of the manufacturers produce compatible lenses or flashguns. So when you pick a manufacturer, you're going to have to stick with it.

I would recommend that you test drive them to see which ones you like best, but I'll summarise what is good (and bad) about each.

1) Nikon D60/3000, good build quality. Decent backward compatibility with legacy Nikon lenses, but no AF with anything except AF-S and AF-I and no AE with many AE lenses. You can rent pro lenses.
2) Canon 1000D/400D, decent upgradeablity, all the pro lenses will work on the entry level body, and the pro/advanced lenses offer best price/performance. You can always rent pro lenses. I find that Canon ergonomics are better. Legacy lens compatibility good within AF lenses, but no compatibility before 1987.
3) Sony A230, A330, probably the easiest to get used to. Good user interface. A330 live-view is best of the entry levels. Good quality. Backward compatibility with Minolta AF lenses. No compatibility with lenses before 1985. Non-standard hot shoe.
4) Pentax K-x. Good quality, very new release. Live view is clever (though not sure how good it is). Compatibility is the best of any of the big four. Ergonomics does leave something to be desired, and it's pretty much untested.

Now as for accessories, and additional lenses, I would recommend:
- Obviously the macro diopter
- lens hood, they work better than a UV filter.
- Decent UV filter, Hoya HMC is good.
- 50mm f1.8 lens (for any of the mounts) is an ace portrait lens, but also makes a good reversal lens for macro shots: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ciao_chao/4014610259/
- Adobe Photoshop CS3 or CS4 and Adobe Lightroom 2, two very useful and powerful pieces of software for dealing with your RAW images. Ps is good for advanced post processing, and Lr is good for batch jobs.
- A decent quality tripod. I have the Camlink TPPRO24A, which can be upgraded easily as it can take the 3/8" manfrotto threaded heads.
- Circular Polariser: essential if you're going to be working with glass or water, very handy.
- Flashgun, these can be expensive, and definitely don't spare cash when buying these.
- Cable release - an absolute essential when working with long exposures.
