Pata Mirror can be done with 2 Pata Drives and
Sata Mirror can be done with 2 Sata Drives, But I want to have a mirror of a PATA Drive on a SATA Drive, and that too not with a Hardwardware controller... Just Windows Mirroring.

Do you mean you want to mirror 1 PATA drive to 1 SATA drive?
If so there are very few hardware addon cards that can do this and are very expensive.

If you want to actually mirror 1 PATA drive to another and 1 SATA drive to another then you would just need to have PATA raid support and SATA raid support on your motherboard and set the RAID to RAID 1, this will take 2 identical drives and keep the same data on both
