Defiantly looks good. If I were you id ensure that the board support sli or crossfire (just for potential later-upgrades). Your power supply should be powerful enough, just make sure it has a 24 pin power connector and a 4 pin 12V motherboard power connector as well.

I don't see a processor cooling system or heatsink (somewhat important, lol)

Also, this isn't a real issue, but keep in minf the full tower cases are usually HUGE.
