Know The Best Upright Vacuums In Town
As technology arises, the number of various innovations of modern equipment also continues to rise. This leaves the ordinary consumer with so many options that sometimes lead to too much confusion as to which one should be chose. Vacuum cleaners, in particular, come in different types, sizes, colors and with different capacities. More specifically, getting ahold of the best upright vacuums for home use is a puzzle that can take a long time to be solved.
An upright vacuum cleaner is basically made up of a head that has a bag and a handle attached to it. It usually works with the use of a brush roll that rotates. The equipment involves sweeping and vibrating actions as it removes dirt. Furthermore, there are two types of upright vacuum cleaners. The dirty fan cleaners have fans before the bags. The dirt passes through the fan before being dumped into the bags. The clean fan cleaners, on the other hand, has the fan located right after the bag. The first one works better for carpets than for above-floor cleaning, but the second one works well for both uses.
There are various upright vacuum cleaners in the market today.
1. The Eureka Optima - Since upright vacuum cleaners are generally heavier, the Eureka Optima upright vacuum has the edge. It is lightweight at 11lbs. More so, it has all the necessary attachments to be able to function as much as other upright vacuums do. Its price proves that it is not a bad deal at all. As a matter of fact, this item costs lower than most of its competitors.
However, there are always some disadvantages. In this case with the Eureka Optima, it is bagless. This is an additional point since it takes off some weight from cleaner, but this is not advisable for use in households where people have asthma. Furthermore, it is an undeniably messy business to empty the canister regularly.
2. The Euro-Pro Shark NV31 Infinity - This bagless upright vacuum cleaner is preferred by users because of its powerful suction capacity, as in any other bagless models. Actually, the suction power of vacuum cleaners is at its greatest potential minus the bags where the dirt goes after being suctioned.
The downside of having the NV31 Infinity lies on the model's smaller dust cups. This naturally results to greater frequency of having the dust cups emptied, which means more hassle and mess for the users.
There are other upright vacuum cleaners from different manufacturers around the world. The variety might get a consumer confused when choosing the one to purchase. It is important to take in mind the specific needs for the item and choose the item that works perfectly in answering those needs.

Pro-Mass?? Any Good? England Rugby Player?
Hey, i play rugby for England u18s, i often go to the gym but would like to get bigger, at the moment i am taking optimum nutrition whey protein, which has 36g of protein per 40g serving which i though was good.
Howethor, it is not making me much bigger, i think this is because is contains only 2g of carbs...
I have recently found out about Pro-Mass which contains 30g protein and 65g carbs per 100g serving, will adding lots of carbs to my diet via shakes make me 'bigger'.

I'd build the carbs into your diet. Don't rely on stuff out of a bottle, and make sure they are complex carbs. Mix beans and rice, squash and corn, etc.
For a basic bodybuilding supplement regimen, make sure you are taking: a good multi-vitamin, B-Complex, and Vitamin-C. If you want good whey protein, try adding a scoop of dry milk to a glass of whole milk. You'll get the same amount of whey protein as you find in your shakes, and you'll save a bunch of money.
After you've done all of that, I might add some Creatine Monohydrate to help you work out and add mass; just make sure you are getting plenty of fluids.
