That's a pretty good deal. Its at Dell's small business site--you don't need to own a business to buy there. I'd treat these numbers as a minimum (except for the 250 gig hard drive--you might not need that much). With Vista, you should not go below a dual core, or 2 gigs of RAM. Vista will need that much.
