At hospital admitting desks, in accountants' offices, and at video retail stores, I watch people perform tasks for which the desktop metaphor -- with its cluttered surface and overlapping resizable windows -- is at best a distraction and at worst an impediment.

I would have to go with Zune
My Itnes always messed up
Itunes tracks all sounded shitty compared to Zune Software's
My iPod also would have errors all the time and guess what?It stopped working randomly 2 weeks after the warranty ended. Shame on Apple

CDs can be nice if you have company over though
