is there a cable to connect an internal laptop sata dvd drive to usb on any computer to test it?

hi im trying to fix a laptop an aspire 6920g i think it has a dodgy blu-ray drive it reads all discs except blu-ray and so i have taken it out but want to connect it to my computer to test it.
so is there a cable or something that will convert it from laptop ide(ata)
to usb or normal sata or ide thankyou
