we had to get rid of internet and i want to know if there is a device that i can use for when i want to get things downloaded and if it can save like any type of file like videos, music, etc.
any one know? then answer!

As cruel it might sound, but no internet = no downloading. Yeah, i know, life sucks.

Your best option would be buying a big flash drive, or portable HDD enclosure (with a HDD, o/c), so you could download files from other places (school/work/friends place/etc) and bring them to your PC.
