Is final cut studio 2 too advanced for me?

I would like to record my son's football games, practices, so I can make a movie out of it after the season. Would you recommend final cut studio 2, or is it too advanced for I want to use it for, and there is something out there better for me.

Download a torrent for final cut pro, and final cut is easy, i know they have some tutorials on line, its a very linear system and simple to use, trust me, you could learn it, just watch the how to videos and you should be fine
