How can i upgrade a 512mb RAM (RADEON) to 1GB (RADEON)?

You can't upgrade a graphics cards memory.

When buying your next card definitely go for 1024MB at least DDR4, probably DDR5 by the time you get it.
As many games now go way over 512MB texture usage, I have seen Crysis go over 800MB texture usage at 1920x1200 with AA.
