i just got this new i-pod for my birthday its the new video really small one in teal of course and it wont turn on it worked earlier but now its not.My cousin just got his today too in silver and when he called to wish me a happy birthday he told me how his wouldnt turn on either.Oh and ive tried all the suggestions on www.apple.com and they didnt help none of them.So if you can help me please do.
