Forgot Admin passoword on mac Tiger?

I'm loading leapord on my mac cause I had some problems with stuff. so in order to get all the ilife stuff I need to load tiger first then leapord.
but,

1. Boot from the startup disk.
2. Go to the utilities menu once the installer loads.
3. Choose "reset password" or something along those lines
3. Follow the onscreen events.
