Here are some more information for Unibody Aluminum:

The Look And Feel Of The Htc Legend
After its success with its Hero handset in 2009, HTC is back with its latest product for 2910, the HTC Legend. The Legend is HTC's first Android 2.1 handset with a Sense user interface. The device features a solid aluminum case and a high-resolution AMOLED screen. HTC is definitely pushing its way to the front line of high-quality phones with its Legend and Desire.
The Aluminum Chassis
The Legend boasts of a deluxe unibody aluminium chassis - taking a lot of its design from the MacBook range, and fine tuning the lines of it's previous Hero model to come out with a sleek and visually stunning handset. Although it is one of the first mobile phones released this year, the Legend will probably end up as one of 2010's best looking handsets, with its silver aluminum body having a nice feel in the hand.
However, there is one drawback with Legend's aluminum casing. If you leave it in your purse or pocket with coins or keys, it gets scratched quite easily. It you like to keep your phone in a protective pouch, then you have a good reason to do this with the Legend.
The Screen
The Legend's 3.2-inch screen has also been improved. Although it has the same dimension and HVGA resolution as HTC Hero, its edge has been trimmed to give the effect of a much wider screen. The new display is now an AMOLED instead of an LCD screen. This not only produce superb colour reproduction; it also displays incredible contrast ratio owing to the absence of a backlight which also helps in giving it a sleeker appearance.
Although there were some complaints about Google's Nexus One, also made by HTC, performing badly under direct sunlight, this does not apply in the case of the Legend. As long as you don't adjust the screen's brightness to it's lowest setting, there won't be any problem using the phone even under the brightest sunlight.
More Aesthetic Improvements
There are also other aesthetic improvements done over HTC's Hero. A futuristic-looking optical keypad now replaces the trackball. This is a big enhancement for the Legend as this eliminates the common problem of trackball failure
Since an aluminum unibody chassis isn't the best conductor for receiving mobile signal, HTC has fashioned a small slide-out panel to let the SIM card and battery inside the phone. This is a bit more convenient rather than wedging the battery and SIM card under the cover.
There are no buttons on the phone's right-hand side although a camera shutter would have been nice here. Its left-hand side holds the up and down buttons and nothing else. The Legend's front panel is also minimalistic in design. The silver and black colour combination is attractive and the Home, Menu, Search, and Back buttons are made of smooth black plastic that blends right into the chassis.
However, the really nice thing about the HTC Legend is that this mobile handset fits comfortably in the hand and looks awe-inspiring. Its looks alone will is reason enough for it to generate a lot of sales.

what do you think about the 15 inch unibody aluminum mac book pro?
i am thinking about getting one to replace my gateway laptop. i love photography and saw that mac has a great photo editing program called apenture. any thoughts on apenture as well would be apperciated thanks =]
i allready have a imac, well my parents do and i need this laptop for college
It's a nice looking laptop, and Mac OS X is a great OS.
However, it's ridiculously overpriced. You can get a Windows laptop of equal power for about half the price.
Up to you if it's worth the premium.
