I would like to know a way to get rid of these without going to a professional. Anyone have any advice

I then popped it like a pimple and something about the size of half of a grain of rice came out. It was hard and white. I did it to the others and they have never come back and that was about 20 years ago!!! hope that helped... West grad White tackles new challenge for ISU football Thanks for visiting!
